Business listings & claims
Business owners may claim their listing after verification and keep its details up to date. By submitting content (descriptions, photos, enquiries, events) you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Faversham.info a licence to display it. You must not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, or anything unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may edit or remove submitted content and moderate photos before they appear.
Paid listings
Featured and sponsor placements are billed through Stripe. Pricing and what’s included is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your dashboard via the Stripe billing portal.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site — no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt it, and no using the enquiry or contact features for spam or unsolicited marketing.
Third-party data & links
Business data is derived from public sources including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and Google. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information or from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
